OSLO, NORWAY – 23 February 2022 – Zwipe AS today publishes its second half-year 2021 report.

Summary of financial development for the second half-year 2021:

• Revenues of MNOK 1.14 (MNOK 0.96).
• Operating expenditures increased to MNOK 57.5 (MNOK 31.3). 
• EBITDA decreased to MNOK -49.2 (MNOK -29.1).  
• Earnings per share of NOK -1.53 (NOK -0.93).
• Net cash used in operating activities in the period was MNOK -46.5 (MNOK -21.1).
• Cash and short-term investments as at the end of the period amounted to MNOK 152 (MNOK 125).   
• The Board of Directors proposes that no dividend be paid for 2021.
